Registration on the Portal
The agency can register on the portal at any time and make payment by Credit Card or PIX.
This is a very smooth and straightforward process.

Validate your CNPJ: enter the CNPJ
from your agency in the indicated field
Required data: complete the form with the requested information about your agency. For example: agency name, address, telephone number, contact email, among other relevant data. Click “Save”: after filling in all the information in the travel agency registration, click the “Save” button to continue.
Go to the request screen: click on the indicated button or link to access the screen where you can request a partnership agreement.
Request an agreement: on the request screen, fill in the necessary data to request the partnership agreement and click “Send” to submit your request
Contact the Sales Team: After completing all the steps above, the Itaipu Tourism Sales team will contact you to continue the partnership process.
The agency can also be accredited, with billing – paying after 30 days.
This is a process that requires sending company documentation and, therefore, requires a longer period of time, compared to registering on the Agent Portal.
And, in addition to sending the documents, accreditation is done in batches, requiring more than three companies to start the process with the Itaipu Parquetec legal department.

A call will be opened with the administrative sector of Turismo Itaipu, which will check the documents and may contact the company.
If everything is ok, a call will be opened with the legal department to
development of the contract.
